Articles are the native wiki aspect of the Organization Brain. They act as your organization’s internal handbook, ideal for qualitative, narrative content that doesn’t belong in a raw data export.

When to use Articles

Because Corgtex can automatically sync with your databases and files, you shouldn’t need to manually write down everything your company does. Use Articles for:
  • Core Methodology: Manifestos, guiding principles, or company values.
  • Narrative context: Detailed onboarding guides that provide the “why” behind the “what”.
  • Living documents: Collaborative policy drafts taking place in proposals.

Viewing and editing

Navigate to the Brain section of your workspace to view the article index.

Version history

Corgtex tracks every update to an article. If an article goes through an approval flow, the versions are securely tracked, providing a clear audit trail of who changed exactly what and when.

Discussions

Unlike static wikis, team members can start discussion threads directly on an article. This allows for questions, clarifications, and collaborative improvement without polluting the official document text.

How Agents use Articles

Articles are given high priority weighting during Search and Ask queries. Because they represent human-curated truth, the AI agents will strongly anchor their responses to the content of your published articles when resolving context.
